On-line Registration
New to the School:
Parents/guardians are required to complete the authorized registration form either in person or download the appropriate form (Adobe pdf format) and submit it by mail. You may choose to speed up the process by faxing us the completed downloaded registration package however, if you faxed us the form, we still require that prior to the start of school, you present yourself in person to varify the registration.
If you are registering within our School District for the first time (new to Medicine Hat or currently attending a school in our city that is not part of the public system) you are required to bring a copy of the student's birth certificate. If you are arriving from outside of Canada you will need to provide appropriate documentation such as passport and education visa.
Please Note:
Some of the programs of choice, particularly the Sports Academies, are extremely popular and therefore out of fairness to others we are forced to limit the successful candidates to first come first serve (with both the registration forms and the fees for the course) with the balance of the students put on a waiting list. Please be aware that both Academies have fees attached to them and these fees are required upfront to guarantee enrolment in the class.
