AMS Librarian Karen Love, 8A/8C Humanities teacher Scott Raible, and Medicine Hat Public Library Youth Services Coordinator Michelle Bien, work closely with the grade 8 students to help them find the books that will interest them both at school and at home. Michelle Bien, who works with the Teen Advisory Board at the Medicine Hat Public Library, met with students as they discussed their books. As a result of these discussions, Michelle took the students' ideas and suggestions for new books that might be acquired for the Medicine Hat Public Library's Teen Section.

Brodie Mutchler has prepared an online video that captures the essence of the Cafe Novel Book review. From the comfort of his home, Brodie shares his thoughts on the novel he selected.
