Alexandra Middle School recognizes the challenges non-English speakers face in English speaking classrooms. In order to help non-English speaking students achieve their goals to the best of their ability, we have created a flexible program that provides a variety of activities, outstanding programming, dynamic teachers and small class sizes. Students also have access to one-on-one support as needed. Our programming adheres to the Alberta Education Program of Studies, and as such, student will use spoken and written English to: gather, interpret and communicate information; establish and maintain relationships; make decisions, solve problems, and plan and carry out projects; explore, respond to and extend ideas and experiences.
